You should be able to run your store without constantly checking your store.

Inscend looks into what matters in your store, prepares the next step, and asks you before anything consequential happens, so less of the day-to-day sits with you.

Free with the data you add yourself. Founding Pro keeps your data connected and up to date. Try it free for 7 days, no card needed.

Inscend's Home for Alder & Rye, a body-care store. It greets the founder and says three prepared decisions need their attention. The first, marked Needs your decision and shown with a picture of the Body Butter jar, is Keep Body Butter in stock: order 200 units from Alder Supply Co., an estimated cost of $1,420 and an estimated arrival of 2 days, with a Review the plan button. Below, under What else is happening: sales are up 12% this week, observed against the previous comparable week and not attributed; a customer recovery campaign is ready and waiting for a decision; and Face Oil is on watch with 18 days of stock cover and no decision needed yet. Ask Inscend, in the sidebar, takes any question about the business.

Inscend's Home: what it prepared, and the decisions waiting on you.

  1. Goal: done
  2. Looked into: done
  3. Plan: done
  4. You decide: waiting for you
  5. Done: not yet
  6. Outcome: not yet

Every piece of work Inscend prepares shows these six steps, and where it stands. Inscend does the looking and the planning. The decision is yours.

Running a store shouldn't mean watching it.

  1. Checking

Sales, stock, orders and customers, one tab after another, every morning, in case something moved.

  2. Investigating

Something dipped. Was it a product that ran out, an order stuck in production, or customers who stopped coming back?

  3. Coordinating

The thank-you to write, the supplier to chase, the follow-up to remember, all waiting on you.

Inscend takes that work on and brings back only the decisions that need you.

BUILT WITH FOUNDERS RUNNING REAL STORES

Built alongside people doing the work every day.

Inscend has been shaped with founders running beauty, wellness and product businesses. Their feedback has influenced what Inscend investigates, what it prepares, and where the founder stays in control.

Founders we’ve worked with

“As a founder, there are always more things to check than there is time for. What I like about Inscend is having the important things brought forward with the context behind them, so I can spend less time digging through the business and more time deciding what to do next.”

Oyéta KokorokoFounder, OKOKO Cosmétiques

Less time checking. Less work to prepare. More of the founder’s time back.

From what you want to what actually happened.

Inscend's own screens, from a goal to what happened.

  1. Goal

    Set what matters

Tell Inscend what you want the business to achieve, or ask it something in your own words: "thank today's best customers", "why have sales slowed?". It reads your goal back, and nothing runs until you confirm.

  2. Looked into

    Inscend investigates

It reads your own orders, stock and customers and checks who agreed to marketing. Each morning it also looks at late orders on a connected Shopify store, and at margin once you have sales. It says what it read, and what it can't see.

  3. Plan

    Review the prepared work

The work arrives ready: an email with who it goes to, by name, and the message already written, or a reorder with its quantity, cost and supplier. Ask for a change in your words ("only repeat customers") and it shows exactly what changed.

  4. You decide, then Done

    Authorize exactly what you see

One press approves this audience and this message, nothing else. With Omnisend connected on Founding Pro, it sends from your own Omnisend, once. Otherwise you paste it into Omnisend, Klaviyo or your own email and send it yourself.

  5. Outcome

    See what really happened

Inscend reports what your tool reported: accepted, sent, or not confirmed. A lost answer is said as unknown and never sent twice. Results are what your store shows afterwards: observed, never claimed as caused.

One piece of prepared work opened, for Alder & Rye: Body Butter replenishment, with a picture of the jar, proposal version 3, marked Needs your decision. Its journey shows the goal, looked into and plan done, and You decide as the current step, with Done and Outcome still to come. The recommended request: Body Butter, 200 units, an estimated cost of $1,420, from Alder Supply Co., arriving in an estimated 2 days, with the note that supplier values stay estimates until the supplier confirms them. Why this option: current stock read, 294 sold from September 14 to October 26 up to the last import, and the lead time the founder confirmed. A proposed supplier message is marked Draft only, nothing has been sent. At the bottom, the decision applies to proposal version 3 at $1,420 estimated, with Request changes and Approve proposal v3.

One piece of prepared work, opened: what Inscend recommends and why, where it stands, and a decision that applies to exactly this version.

The Goals page for Alder & Rye, with four goals: Keep our best-selling body butter in stock, shown with a picture of the jar, never running out and staying within $1,500 per order, on track at 60%; Re-engage past customers, with a plan ready and evidence ready; Improve profit margins, on track at 20%; and Launch a new product, paused at 0%. A New goal button sits at the top.

Your goals, and how far each has moved. A share is shown only where a goal has a target to measure against.

See it work, one step at a time.

Preparing and recording a supplier order, then a separate example of an observed outcome, in Inscend's own screens. Steps 1 to 5 illustrate a founder-recorded order. Outcome shows a separate mailbox-sent example, not the later history of that order.

Step 1 of 6: Goal

The founder sets the goal

Alder & Rye's founder wants to keep the best-selling body butter in stock, never spending more than $1,500 on one order. Inscend read the goal back, and nothing ran until it was confirmed.

The Goals page for Alder & Rye, with four goals. The first, Keep our best-selling body butter in stock, shown with a picture of the jar, says never running out and staying within $1,500 per order. A New goal button sits at the top.

What Inscend works on today.

What Inscend can work on depends on the data and tools you give it. Each one prepares work for your approval; none acts on its own.

Available now

  • Recovery

    Available

Brings past customers back, or thanks your best ones: finds who qualifies, leaves out anyone who can't be contacted, and writes the email, ready to approve in one press.

Needs customers with order history and marketing permission.

  • Replenishment

    Available

Keeps the products that matter in stock: a reorder with quantity, cost and lead time, asking for any supplier fact it's missing. When an order is late by your supplier's lead time, it says which products that leaves short and prepares a chase email, which the owner can send from their own Gmail or Outlook in one press.

Needs products with stock and sales.

  • Fulfillment Exceptions

    Available

Spots orders open longer than your normal time, or held for something only you can decide. For an order you pack yourself, it can fulfill it in Shopify, with tracking if you add it, when the owner asks for that exact order. It doesn't cancel or refund anything.

Needs a Shopify store connected on Founding Pro, with orders, and Shopify's permission to fulfill orders.

  • Profit & Margin Protection

    Available

Shows what each product kept after discounts and refunds, against costs it can trust, and turns what it finds into Work. It doesn't change a price or a discount.

Needs sales. Margin is shown only where a product's cost can be trusted.

  • Overstock

    Available

Finds products holding far more stock than they sell and says whether to keep them, mark them down or stop reordering, with how long the stock lasts and how far the price can fall before cost. A markdown goes on your tasks; it never changes a price.

Needs products with stock and sales, from Shopify, Square or data you add.

Also today: ask why sales moved, and Inscend compares the last 7 days with the 7 before from your own orders. Discount shows how far a slow product's price can fall before it reaches cost; whether to discount stays your call.

On the way

  • Advertising Performance & Spend Protection

    Built, being tested

Reads what each Meta and Google Ads campaign spent and what that platform reports it brought in, and raises campaigns spending with nothing reported, beside your store's own sales. It does not know which sales came from ads. It never edits an ad's content, targeting or bids. In Google Ads, a budget change or a pause happens only when the owner approves that exact change, within their daily limit; changes in Meta wait on Meta's review of Inscend. Where an ad sends people to a product page your store shows sold out, it offers to pause exactly that ad, on the owner's approval.

Example goal: “Improve the return from my advertising without increasing my monthly budget.”

Being designed means we are shaping it with founders now. Built, being tested means it exists and is on only for the stores trying it with us. Neither is open to every store yet.

Inscend prepares. You decide.

Anything that would reach a customer, a supplier or your store, or spend money, waits for your approval, or a Manager's if you've invited one. Changes to your Shopify store stay yours alone. They are a discount code you create, or an order you packed fulfilled, each only when you ask for that exact change. In Printify, on Founding Pro with a token that allows orders, it sends only the order the owner presses Send for.

Your approval is specific
You approve this audience, with this message, as you reviewed it. If the work changes after that, the approval is withdrawn and it comes back to you.
You can see why
Every piece of work carries the evidence behind it and when it was read. Where a fact is missing, Inscend asks instead of guessing.
Unknown stays unknown
If an email tool doesn't answer, Inscend says the result is unknown and checks again. It never sends twice to find out.
Your team, your rules
On Founding Pro, a Manager can prepare and approve work and send an approved Recovery email from Omnisend or Klaviyo, and a Viewer can read; other sends from your own tools stay with you, the owner.

Five states, kept apart

  1. Prepared

Worked out and saved. Nothing sent.

  2. Approved by you

On the exact version you reviewed.

  3. Accepted

Your tool took it. Not yet reported sent.

  4. Sent, as your tool reports

Never delivery to each inbox, never a reply.

  5. Measured in your store

What your records show afterwards. Observed, not credited.

Inscend checks each running goal every morning and whenever you ask, with morning checks of open orders, a margin check and an overstock check. Ask for something “every Monday” or “every day” and it repeats that request at that time, preparing work for you to approve. It doesn't watch your store around the clock, and none of its checks contacts anyone or changes your store.

How Inscend protects your data and logins

Made for founder-led retail.

For shops and brands where the founder still runs the operations: starting with beauty and personal care, and working for any store that sells physical products, whether it runs on Shopify or on data you add yourself.

  • One person, or a small team, doing everything
  • Repeat customers who matter
  • Stock, orders and suppliers to keep moving

Starts with your store. Grows with your tools.

Shopify, Printify and Omnisend connect today. More are being tested with a few stores first, and the rest are on the way, each with a plain line on what it does and doesn't let Inscend do.

Limit: Read only: nothing is charged, refunded or changed. Not added beside Shopify, so no sale is counted twice. Square records no email opt-in, so it gives Recovery no one to contact by itself.

    Printify

    Fulfillment · Print on demand

Shows how your Printify orders are moving and whether Printify can make your products. A print-on-demand order Printify hasn't received, such as a Square sale, is prepared with Printify's own cost and sent to Printify when the owner approves that exact order, on Founding Pro.

Limit: Each order needs the owner's one press: it won't send an order on its own, change your products or cancel an order. Your token needs Printify's orders permission to send. Printify tokens last a year and Printify doesn't share when yours was made, so Inscend reminds you before a year from when you connected it.

  • Available

    Omnisend

    Marketing · Email and SMS

Reads your contacts and marketing consent, so win-back emails are prepared only for customers who agreed to hear from you.

    Klaviyo

    Marketing · Email and SMS

Reads your profiles and marketing consent, so a win-back email you approve is put in your Klaviyo as a draft for the customers subscribed there.

Limit: On Founding Pro. Sends only the email the owner approves, when they press Approve and send, to the customers Klaviyo shows as subscribed. Never changes anyone's subscription.

  • In testing

    Gmail

    Email · Your mailbox

Limit: Inscend can't read, search or delete your email.

  • In testing

    Microsoft Outlook

    Email · Your mailbox

On Founding Pro: a supplier order the owner approves goes from your own Outlook address.

Limit: Inscend can't read, search or delete your email.

  • In testing

    Google Ads

    Advertising

Reads each campaign's spend and results alongside your sales, raises Work when spend brings no results or runs well above the weeks before, and can change a campaign's daily budget or pause it once the store's owner approves that exact change.

Limit: Only the change the owner approved, never above the daily limit they set, and never ads, keywords, targeting or bids.

  • In testing

    Meta Ads

    Advertising

Reads each campaign's spend and results alongside your sales, and raises Work when spend brings no results or runs well above the weeks before. Changing a daily budget or pausing waits on Meta's review of Inscend; after it, Inscend makes a change only once the store's owner approves that exact change.

Limit: Only the change the owner approved, never above the daily limit they set, and never creative, targeting, bids or deleting.

Available means any store can connect it today. In testing means a few stores can connect it now, before it opens to every store. Coming soon means it's on our roadmap and not connectable yet. Connecting a tool never lets Inscend act there without your approval.

Not sure it fits? Three quick questions.

Get a short, honest read on whether Inscend suits how you run your store. Email it to yourself if you like.

Question 1 of 3

How many products do you sell?

Questions founders ask first.

What does Inscend actually do?

You set a goal for the business. Inscend looks through your store data and what you've told it, prepares the work towards that goal, and asks you where your judgment is needed. Today that covers bringing customers back (Recovery), keeping products in stock (Replenishment), spotting late orders on a connected Shopify store (Fulfillment Exceptions), showing what each product kept after discounts and refunds (Profit & Margin Protection) and showing how far slow stock can be marked down before it reaches cost (Discount). You can also ask it things in your own words, such as why sales slowed this week, and it answers from your orders.

Does it act without asking?

Not on anything consequential. It prepares work; anything that would reach a customer, a supplier or your store, or spend money, waits for your approval, or a Manager's if you've invited one. With Omnisend connected on Founding Pro, Approve and send, pressed by the owner or a Manager, sends that exact email from your own Omnisend, once. Otherwise you send what it prepares, and record that you did. In Shopify it changes only what the owner asks for: a discount code, or an order they packed fulfilled. In Printify, on Founding Pro with a token that allows orders, it sends only the order the owner presses Send to Printify or Send to production for. On Founding Pro, with Gmail or Outlook connected, an approved supplier order can go from the owner's own mailbox.

Is Inscend always running?

No. It runs scheduled checks, not continuous monitoring. Once you have products in Inscend: a daily Signals check and a refresh of waiting decisions every four hours. Each morning: a check of a Shopify store connected on Founding Pro for late orders, a check of a connected Printify shop, and a margin check once you have sales. For work you've recorded: a nightly measurement update. On weekday mornings it can email you when a decision is waiting, and you can turn that off. Inscend looks at your goal every morning, and when you ask. Anything you ask it to repeat, such as “every Monday, check what will run out”, runs at the time you set and puts what it prepares in Work for you to approve; you can pause or delete it in Settings.

What does it work with?

Open to every store today: Shopify, Printify and Omnisend, or data you add or import yourself. Being tested with a few stores first: Square, Klaviyo, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Google Ads and Meta Ads. Coming soon: SHOPLINE, WooCommerce, Etsy and Amazon.

How is it different from Shopify Sidekick, ChatGPT, a task manager or a dashboard?

They show you things or answer questions: Inscend prepares the work and, once you approve, does what a connected tool allows and records what happened. Shopify Sidekick helps inside Shopify; Inscend works across your store and the tools you connect. ChatGPT answers what you ask in the moment; Inscend keeps your goal and your rules, so you tell it once. A task manager tracks work people do; Inscend prepares that work. A dashboard shows numbers; Inscend turns them into the next thing to decide.

What happens after the trial?

If you started the trial without a card and don't add one, Founding Pro ends with the trial and you're back on Free Starter. Add a card and Founding Pro continues at US$20/month. If your store pays through Shopify, Shopify bills the plan after the trial and you manage it in your Shopify admin.

Do I need to connect anything?

No. You can add or import your data yourself on Free Starter. Connecting your tools, and keeping them current, comes with Founding Pro or the 7-day trial.

Can my team use it?

On Founding Pro, up to 3 people, you included. A Manager can prepare and approve work, send an approved Recovery email from Omnisend or Klaviyo, and edit store data; a Viewer sees everything and changes nothing. Billing, connections and changes to your Shopify store stay with you, and so does every other send from your own tools. You can assign a piece of work to someone so it's clear who is on it. On Free Starter it's just you.

What if Inscend doesn't know something?

It asks. When a decision depends on a fact your store can't tell it, like a lead time or whether a product is made to order, the work waits with that one question until you answer. It doesn't fill the gap with a guess.

Who can see my data?

Our Privacy Policy says Inscend does not sell or share your business data with third parties for advertising, does not use your data to train public AI models or share it with other businesses, and that you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
