These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Inscend, a product operated by Data Fellows Inc.

Last updated October 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Inscend, a product operated by Data Fellows Inc.

By accessing or using Inscend, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements to use Inscend.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Inscend complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Use of the Service

Inscend provides decision support tools that help you analyze your business data and generate recommendations.

You agree to use Inscend only for lawful business purposes and not to:

  • Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer or copy the system
  • Use the service to harm others or violate laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data and Integrations

You retain ownership of your data.

By using Inscend, you grant us permission to:

  • Process your data to provide the service
  • Analyze data to generate recommendations
  • Store data as required for service delivery

If you connect third-party platforms such as Shopify:

  • You authorize us to access the data permitted by that integration
  • You can disconnect integrations at any time

6. Data Sources and Integrations

You may connect Inscend to third-party services such as Shopify.

When connected:

  • We access only the data you authorize
  • We follow the permissions granted by the platform
  • You can disconnect integrations at any time

Inscend is read-only by default. It retrieves and analyzes data from connected platforms to generate insights, recommendations, and suggested actions. Inscend does not make changes to a connected third-party platform unless a write-enabled feature has been explicitly enabled and the required user authorization or confirmation has been provided. Where supported, Inscend may prepare actions, drafts, or configurations for you to review before they are carried out.

Google Ads: when the store's owner approves a change Inscend has prepared (a campaign's daily budget, a move of daily budget between two campaigns, or pausing or switching on a campaign), Inscend makes exactly that change in your Google Ads account and never above the daily spending limit the owner sets. You remain responsible for your advertising spend, and Inscend does not promise that a budget change brings sales. A change can be undone in one step only while Google Ads still shows the values Inscend set.

Meta Ads: the same holds when the store's owner approves a change Inscend has prepared in Meta (a campaign's or ad set's daily budget, a move of daily budget between two of them, or pausing or switching on a campaign, ad set or ad): Inscend makes exactly that change and never above the daily spending limit the owner sets, you remain responsible for your advertising spend, Inscend does not promise that a budget change or a pause brings sales, and a change can be undone in one step only while Meta still shows the values Inscend set. A move of daily budget between two Meta campaigns or ad sets is made as two changes, the lower one first. If Meta takes one and not the other, Inscend says so and sends nothing more; you finish or reverse it in Meta Ads Manager.

7. AI and Decision Support

Inscend provides recommendations based on your data.

You acknowledge that:
